The beginning

Where it all began

The story of Mon Cannelé started in Saigon in 2020, born from a unique cultural blend: a woman from Russia, a man from France, and a shared kitchen. United by a passion for honest, authentic French pastry, we set out to create something truly special for Vietnam.

Rather than opening a traditional bakery, we chose a modern path. We focused our craft entirely on perfecting one iconic dessert: the cannelé. We purposely moved away from the general bakery model to master this difficult, caramelized delicacy. Today, we bring the soulful taste of Bordeaux directly to your door.
