Delivery Scope:

Mon Cannele has always aimed to provide a fast and convenient purchasing experience. Currently, Mon Cannele only serves delivery to customers within provinces & cities in which, Mon Cannele is located. 

 

Delivery Fee:

The shipping fee is calculated based on the delivery zone :

• Zone 1 (D1, D3, D4): 19.000 VND

• Zone 2 (D5, D10, Phu Nhuan, Binh Thanh): 29.000 VND

• Zone 3 (D2, D6, D7, D11, Tan Binh): 39.000 VND

• Zone 4 (D8, Tan Phu, Go Vap, Thu Duc District): 49.000 VND

• Zone 5 (D9, D12, Binh Tan, Binh Chanh, Nha Be): 65.000 VND

Delivery Time:

For all orders placed from 9:00 to 22:00 from Monday to Sunday, our designated delivery partner will deliver to you within a few hours. 

Please complete the payment to the delivery staff if you choose cash on delivery and please check if the product has any defects or missing. Please keep the receipt for checking.
